Students write more than 1,500 thank you notes to donors

During Lehigh Made Possible, an initiative in its second year created by the Lehigh Class Officer program, students showed their appreciation to those whose generosity is making a difference in their education. From April 18-20, close to 500 students stopped by an outdoor gratitude station and wrote donor thank you notes and whiteboard messages personalized to their Lehigh experience.  In six hours, they wrote 1,552 cards.

To further learn about philanthropy, the impact of donor support, and develop an attitude of gratitude, students answered trivia questions to receive swag such as hats, flags, shirts, pens, bookmarks and more. During the event, 26 students made gifts to Lehigh University.
